Orlando Bloom 'threw punch' at Justin Bieber

Orlando Bloom, the British actor, reportedly threw a punch at pop star Justin Bieber at a restaurant in Ibiza. 

The fracas was said to have happened at Cipriani where both were dining, the celebrity news website TMZ reported.

According to eyewitnesses Bieber managed to avoid the punch. 

A video of the aftermath of the incident, apparently taken by a bystander and published by TMZ, did not capture the attempted punch but showed Bieber shouting "What's up b****?"
