The public is hereby
notified that EBERE UBA NWAOKOCHA, whose photograph appears above, is wanted by
the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in connection with a case
of Obtaining Money under False Pretence, Fraud and Forgery.
He allegedly forged various documents, receipts, emblems and stickers of Federal Capital Territory Administration, Bwari Area Council, Marine Department of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Niger State Environmental Protection Agency, among others.
Nwaokocha is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer,
Scenic Integrated Services Limited and National Freight Hauliers Association
with offices at Suites C20 and C32 respectively, Danziyal Plaza, Opposite NNPC
Mega Filling Station, Central Business District, Abuja. He allegedly forged various documents, receipts, emblems and stickers of Federal Capital Territory Administration, Bwari Area Council, Marine Department of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Niger State Environmental Protection Agency, among others.
The suspect speaks English and Ibo language fluently. He is currently on the run and all efforts to get him arrested have proved abortive.
