Traditional ruler in fraud mess

The traditional ruler of Ipupe community in Umuahia South Local government of  Abia State, Eze Chima Ubiaru has been arrested over alleged misappropriation of N40million.
His brother, Patrick Ubiaru and a soldier was also arrested along with the monarch.
Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (IC
PC) said the money was part of the N60 million released by the Federal Government to the community as compensation for the relocation of shrines in the sacred forest of Okota.
