Police Uncovers Human Parts Den In Ilorin

Kwara State Police Command has discovered abandoned buildings along in the Ilorin International Airport area, suspected to be hideout for criminals dealing in human parts. 

The state Commissioner of Police, Mr Ambrose Aisabor, said this during a press conference yesterday at the Police Headquarters, Ilorin

The six buildings of about 18 flats is said to be owned by an 85-year‑old socialite.

Some of the items discovered include decomposed human parts, a decomposing headless body, decomposed human feet, snail shells, piece of cloth suspected to be used in strangulating victims, under-wears, NYSC caps, shoes, eye glasses, hand set cover, sandals, among other personal belongings, were found in the abandoned buildings.

Aisabor said,  “we have made another breakthrough in our efforts to ensure that we chase out criminals from this state and ensure that residents live in peace.”

 He added that the identified buildings have inscription of “For Sale” written all over them. They are located near NASFAT praying ground, with a road separating the fenced buildings and the praying ground.”
