He pretends to be nice only when he wants sex, woman tells court.

Mr Henric Agbaje, president of a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan, Oyo State capital has put an end to  the relationship between Mujidat and Musiliu Adetunji over  the latter’s alleged  maltreatment and child abuse, Nigerian Tribune reports.

Agbaje held that love which is a necessary factor in any union no longer existed between the duo, hence, the need to dissolve their marriage.

“Since both parties are no longer willing to continue as husband and wife, I end the marriage in order to avoid any harm,” Agbaje stated.

The judge added that Adetunji shall pay a monthly feeding allowance of N2,000 each for the upkeep of the last two  children.

Mujidat had earlier told the court that Musiliu maltreated her and failed to care for their six children.

”Musiliu only becomes nice to me anytime he wants sex and neglects me in the absence of sexual intercourse.

“He has turned me to a punch bag and beats me anytime I ask him for money for our   children’s upkeep.

“We got married in 1994 and I have been putting up with his irresponsible acts, but I can’t cope with these any longer,” she said.

Musiliu, however, debunked all the allegations levelled against him by his wife.
