Oops! Like Alaba, Like Hollywood: Expendables 3 go online before release date

It’s not due in cinemas until August 14 – but an awful lot of people have apparently already seen Expendables 3 after it was leaked online ahead of release.

According to reports, the film – whose all-star cast includes Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Harrison Ford, Mel Gibson and Antonio Banderas – has been downloaded more than 189,000 times from illegal file-sharing services in the space of just 24 hours.

And there are now concerns that the downloads could hurt the film’s chances at the box office when it opens next month – particularly since the movie’s target audience, young males, are also those most likely to find their evening’s viewing on file-sharing sites.
