Nicki Minaj under fire for use of ‘Nazi imagery’ in Only lyric video

Nicki Minaj is under fire after appearing to take inspiration from the Nazis in the lyric video for her new track, Only.

The singer teamed up with Drake, Chris Brown and Lil Wayne for her latest single, but the lyric video uses some troubling imagery reminiscent of Nazi-era Germany.

The animated promo sees Nicki sitting on a throne surrounded by soldiers, with red banners emblazoned with ‘NY’ visible either side.

The NY logo looks very similar to the Nazi swastika, with the soldiers also wearing the logo as an armband.

Chris Brown also appears in the video as a military officer in animated form, while Drake appears to be the Pope.

In the track, Nicki discusses rumours about her love life, with Drake, Lil Wayne and Brown contributing throughout.

Only features lyrics including Drake’s ‘She was sitting down on that big butt but I was still looking at the t***ies though’ and Lil Wayne saying that Nicki acts ‘like she need dick in her life’.
