The public is hereby
notified that SALISU TAIWO aka Olusola Enitan, whose photograph appears below
is wanted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in a case of
Conspiracy, Obtaining Property and Money by False Pretences and Issuance of Dud
Cheques.
According to the EFCC, Taiwo
under the pretext of renting a property, situated at Magodo GRA, Lagos, and purchasing items for its
furnishing, issued cheques totalling N11, 398, 500.00 (Eleven Million, Three
Hundred and Ninety-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred Naira Only).
But before the cheques could clear, he evacuated all the furniture and electrical appliances purchased by the property owner at his instance and sold them at give-away prices at Alaba Market Lagos.
